Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end before piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure heating parameters comply with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ After sufficient heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, then insert them evenly to the marked depth without rotation to form a uniform flange.
★ After welding, secure the pipe joint cover.
★ Achieve a perfect match by fully melting pipes and fittings into a single, cohesive unit.
