Pipe connection
★ Ensure a secure pipe socket connection by meticulously adhering to the following procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, ensure that the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive carefully, starting with the socket and then the fitting socket, ensuring even and adequate coverage.
4. Precisely align and insert into the marked section in one motion, then rotate 1/4 turn for optimal bonding.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean and professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured, ensuring a reliable connection.
★ For safe adhesive use, please adhere to these essential guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain an open flame-free zone at the bonding site, ensuring proper ventilation throughout the process.
3. Do not proceed with construction below -10ºC, and avoid using fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves and, in case of accidental eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Carefully determine the length of the saw pipe layer by layer according to precise measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure fractures are flat, and sections remain undeformed. File the socket portion to a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, with a minimum groove length of 3mm, and 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clear debris post-grooving for optimal results.
Socket protection:
After securing the socket, meticulously clean the extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a suitable detergent, like acetone. Allow the interface to cure undisturbed according to adhesive performance and climatic conditions, extending curing time appropriately during winter construction.
