Pipe connection
★ Ensure a flawless pipe socket connection by meticulously following these procedures:
1. Begin by cleaning both the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket before applying adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply the adhesive, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe socket, ensuring uniform and appropriate coverage.
4. Align correctly, insert into the marking in one smooth motion, and rotate it a quarter turn for secure bonding.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat finish.
6. Secure the bonded pipe in an upright position until the interface is fully cured.
★ Follow these guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, and restrict access to non-operators.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site, and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid constructing below -10ºC and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves, and in case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length with precision, layer by layer, based on measured dimensions and connected fittings. Choose fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for flat cuts without deformation. Groove the socket end at a 15°-30° angle; groove length should not be less than 3mm, and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean any debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth lightly moistened with detergent like acetone. Let it sit static until cured, adjusting for adhesive performance and weather conditions. In winter, extend curing time appropriately.
