**Pipe Connection**
★ Ensure pipe socket connections follow these meticulous steps:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Measure and mark the depth of the socket on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the pipe fitting.
4. Align properly, insert to the marked depth, and rotate a quarter turn.
5. Wipe off any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Only operators should handle adhesives and cleaning agents.
2. Ensure good ventilation and keep the bonding area free from open flames.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and do not use fire to hasten adhesive curing.
4. Construction personnel should wear gloves; in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
**Installation Instructions**
**Sawing Pipes and Grooving:**
Determine the saw pipe length based on measurements and connected pipe fittings. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for a smooth cut without deformation. File a 15°-30° groove (length ≥ 3mm, thickness 1/3 - 1/2 of the pipe wall) at the socket end, then remove debris.
**Socket Protection:**
After connection, clean any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive performance and climate conditions. Extend curing time during winter constructions.
