Pipe connection
★ Ensure precision and durability by following these essential steps for pipe socket connection:
1. Prior to bonding, thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket before moving to the fitting, ensuring even coverage.
4. Carefully align, insert into the marked area, and rotate a quarter turn for secure attachment.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket immediately.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface fully cures.
★ Adhere to the following guidelines for safe adhesive use:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners only as needed; unauthorized personnel should refrain from usage.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites and ensure proper ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Construction staff should wear gloves; in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical help.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine pipe lengths by precise measurements across layers, using fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure flat cuts without section deformation. File the socket area for bonding into a 15°-30° groove, with a length of at least 3mm and a depth of 1/3-1/2 the pipe wall thickness. Clean off debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean excess adhesive with detergent-soaked cotton or dry cloth. Let it cure statically, adjusting for adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time when constructing in winter.
