Pipe connection
★The principal methods for pipeline connections include:
1. For dimensions dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection;
2. For dimensions dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended;
3. When connecting to metal pipes and accessories, utilize flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe surface to be connected and marking the insertion depth accurately.
2. Proceed to scrape the pipe’s outer layer to prepare it for a secure connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and properly aligned.
4. Conduct the electrofusion process, ensuring a slight melt emerges, which serves as a visual cue for successful binding.
5. Allow the joint to cool, completing the electrofusion process and ensuring a high-quality, secure connection.
