Pipe Connection

1. For dn≤63, opt for either hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended for optimal performance;

★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt on the pipe and mark the precise insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis to ensure a clean surface for joining.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, maintaining straightness and alignment on the same axis.
4. During electrical welding, observe for the ejection of a slight melt from the hole—a sign of proper fusion.
5. Complete the process with cooling, marking the successful completion of electric melting.
