Pipe connection
★ The primary methods for connecting our pipeline are outlined below:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket connections or electrofusion connections for optimal results.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connections or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. When connecting to metal pipes or pipeline accessories, flange connections or transition pipe connections should be employed.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipes to be connected, followed by marking the insertion depth.
2. Proceed by scraping the outer layer of the pipe.
3. Slip the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, maintaining alignment and ensuring the pipes remain straight and coaxial.
4. During the welding process, observe for a slight ejection of melt from the hole as an indication.
5. Allow for cooling to complete the electric melting process thoroughly.
