Pipe connection

1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection to ensure secure and effective pipe joining.
2. For dn≥75, it's recommended to utilize hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection, providing robust and reliable pipe integration.
3. When connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, you can use flange connections or transition pipe connections for seamless integration.
★Electrofusion connection
1. Ensure optimal connection by cleaning any dirt from the pipe to be connected and marking the precise insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis to prepare the surface for a flawless connection.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, maintaining a straight axis for best results.
4. During the electrical welding process, observe for a slight melt ejection, indicating a successful fusion.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electric melting process for a secure and durable bond.
