Pipe connection
★ The primary methods for pipeline connection include:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is advisable;
3. For integration with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, consider flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Clean any dirt from the pipe to be connected and mark the required insertion depth meticulously.
2. Carefully scrape away its epidermis to prepare for a smooth connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, while observing for slight melt ejection from the hole as an indicator.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electric melting process seamlessly.
