Product Application Range

Pipe Connection
★ Key Connection Methods for Pipelines:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connection methods;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. Connections to metal pipes and pipeline accessories can be made using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Ensure the pipe is clean and mark the insertion depth accurately.
2. Scrape off the surface layer carefully to prepare for a secure connection.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring they are co-axial and straight.
4. Initiate the welding process and observe for a slight melt ejection from the observation hole.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process for a perfect finish.
