Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precision.
★ Ensure the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings are clean. Thread the pipe into the joint cover seamlessly.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings. Adhere to the technical requirements specified for the hot melt machine for optimal results.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove pipes and fittings. Insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Complete the process by putting on the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings fuse completely, achieving a flawless match.
