Pipe connection
★After piping, mark the socket depth at the insertion end.
★Clean the connecting faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the relevant hot melt machine.
★After the heating time is reached, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings and insert them straight to the marked depth without rotation. This forms a uniform flange at the joint.
★Put on the pipe joint cover after welding.
★The pipes and fittings fuse completely, achieving a perfect match for seamless integration.
