Pipe Connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is met, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings. Insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a seamless integration as pipes and fittings melt and merge perfectly, ensuring an impeccable match.
