Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected, ensuring the parameters meet the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once heated, immediately remove the pipe and fittings and insert them straight to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, place the pipe joint cover securely.
★ The pipes and fittings melt completely into one unified body, ensuring a truly perfect match.
