Pipe connection
★Post piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precision.
★Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Thread the pipe into the joint cover for a secure fit.
★Use a calibrated hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★After heating, quickly and evenly insert the pipe and fittings to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★After welding, secure the pipe joint cover in place.
★Pipes and fittings melt perfectly together, creating a flawless, unified connection.
