Pipe connection
★Main Connection Techniques:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended for optimal results.
3. Seamless integration with metal pipes and accessories via flange or transition pipe connections.
★Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipes to be connected and mark the precise insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the outer layer to ensure a clean surface.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and maintaining a straight axis.
4. Initiate the weld, observing for a slight melt ejection from the inspection points.
5. Allow to cool, marking the completion of the electrofusion process.
