2. For dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt or electrofusion connections to ensure strong, reliable bonds.
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections for seamless integration.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean and mark the pipe's insertion depth for precise alignment.
2. Prepare the pipe by carefully scraping its epidermis for a clean surface.
3. Fit the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing the ejection of a small melt from the hole.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electric melting process for a secure connection.
