3. Flange connections or transition pipe connections are recommended for joining with metal pipes and pipeline accessories.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipes to be connected and mark the insertion depth for precise alignment.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis to prepare the surface.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, maintaining alignment along the same axis for optimal results.
4. Proceed with the electric welding process, ensuring a small melt is observed for quality assurance.
5. Once cooling is complete, the electric melting process is finalized, securing the connection.
