Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63: Opt for hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75: Recommended to use hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection.
3. Connections with metal pipes and accessories can be achieved using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean and mark the insertion depth on the pipe to ensure accurate alignment.
2. Remove the epidermis carefully to prepare the surface.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion fittings, ensuring the pipes remain straight and coaxial.
4. Execute the welding process, observing for a slight ejection of melt to confirm proper fusion.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electric melting process, ensuring a secure and durable bond.
