Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover for a seamless fit.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure that heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine for optimal results.
★ After reaching the appropriate heating time, remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously. Insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, creating a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Complete the installation by fitting the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Ensure a perfect match as the pipes and fittings melt into a single, unified body.
