Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings, ensuring the heating parameters meet the technical requirements.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Complete the process by putting on the pipe joint cover after welding.
