Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Ensure the pipe is threaded into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Heating parameters must meet the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings and insert them smoothly without rotation to the marked depth, ensuring a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, put on the pipe joint cover.
