Pipe connection
★ Post-piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precision fitting.
★ Clean the connection surfaces of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the hot melt machine's technical specifications.
★ Once heating time is reached, simultaneously remove pipe and fittings, then insert straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Fit the pipe joint cover securely after welding.
