Pipe connection
★ Measure and mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting surfaces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Using a hot melt machine, heat the pipes and fittings to be joined. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, simultaneously remove and insert the pipe and fittings without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the joint cover after welding.
★ The pipes and fittings meld into a single cohesive unit, achieving a flawless connection.
