Pipe Connection Instructions
★Mark the socket depth on the pipe's insertion end post-piping.
★Thoroughly clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters comply with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★Once the heating time is achieved, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously and insert them to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★After welding, affix the pipe joint cover securely.
★Pipes and fittings meld completely into a single entity, achieving a truly perfect match.
