Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precision.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat the pipes and fittings with a hot melt machine, ensuring the heating parameters meet the technical standards of the relevant device.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, swiftly remove both pipe and fittings. Insert them linearly without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, secure the pipe joint cover firmly in place.
★ Pipes and fittings meld seamlessly, guaranteeing a perfect match and an unbreakable bond.
