Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe's insertion end for precision.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected, ensuring heating parameters adhere to the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once heating is complete, promptly remove the pipes and fittings, inserting them straight and evenly to the marked depth with no rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings melt into a unified structure, achieving a perfect match.
