Product Application Range

Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after measuring.
★ Clean the connection end faces of both pipes and fittings thoroughly. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat the pipes and fittings with a hot melt machine, ensuring the heating parameters comply with the specified technical requirements.
★ Once the heating time is reached, simultaneously remove the pipes and fittings, and insert them straight into each other without rotation to the marked depth. This will form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post welding.
★ Pipes and fittings meld seamlessly into a unified structure, ensuring a perfect match.
