Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, remove the pipes and fittings simultaneously. Insert them in a straight line without rotating to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings melt completely into a single unit, achieving a flawless match.
