Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected, ensuring the heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the specified hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the designated heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a seamless fit with pipes and fittings melting into one cohesive unit, ensuring a perfect match.
