Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean connecting end faces. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the relevant machine.
★ After the heating time is reached, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, inserting evenly without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Pipes and fittings meld into a single entity, achieving a perfect match.
