Pipe Connection
★ Begin by marking the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Slide the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating aligns with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously. Insert them in a straight line, without rotation, to the marked depth to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a flawless match as pipes and fittings completely meld into one cohesive unit.
