Pipe connection
★ To ensure optimal performance, follow these meticulous steps for pipe socket connections:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket prior to bonding, ensuring a pristine surface for adherence.
2. Carefully measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly and appropriately, starting with the socket before moving to the pipe, to guarantee a strong bond.
4. Achieve perfect alignment by inserting the pipe into the marking part at once and rotating it a quarter turn.
5. Wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured, ensuring a secure fit.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for using adhesives to ensure safe usage:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously; restrict access to non-operators to maintain safety.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site and maintain adequate ventilation throughout the process.
3. Avoid construction below temperatures of -10ºC, and refrain from using open flames to bake adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves for protection. In case of accidental eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Employ fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for a clean cut. Ensure the fracture is smooth, with no section deformation. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file. The groove should be no less than 3mm in length and 1/3-1/2 the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris post-groove.
Socket protection:
After securing the socket connection, cleanse any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow it to remain static until the interface cures, adjusting for adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time appropriately for winter construction.
