Pipe connection
★ Primarily, the connection methods for the pipeline are as follows:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections for secure, reliable installations.
2. For dn≥75, opt for the robust hot melt butt or electrofusion connections to ensure optimal system integrity.
3. When connecting to metal pipes or accessories, use either flange connections or transition pipe connections for a perfect fit.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipe to be connected and marking the insertion depth for precision.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis of the pipe to prepare the surface.
3. Slip the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and perfectly aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with the electric welding process, observing for a slight melt ejection from the hole as a sign of a successful weld.
5. Finally, allow the connection to cool, completing the electric melting process with precision and care.
