Pipe Connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end to ensure precise connections.
★ Clean the ends of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Thread the pipe into the joint cover securely.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure the heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the specified hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously. Insert them straight to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding for added stability.
★ Achieve a seamless connection as pipes and fittings melt into one cohesive unit, ensuring a perfect match.
