Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for accuracy.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover for a secure fit.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine used.
★ Upon reaching the specified heating time, promptly remove and align the pipes and fittings, inserting them straight to the marked depth to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding for added protection.
★ The pipes and fittings fuse seamlessly into a single entity, ensuring a flawless match.
