Pipe Connection
★The primary methods of pipeline connection include:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, the ideal methods are hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection.
3. Connections to metal pipes and pipeline accessories can utilize flange connection or transition pipe connection methodologies.
★Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning any dirt from the pipe that will be connected, and accurately mark the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipe for optimal connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and perfectly aligned along the same axis.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding; observe for a slight ejection of melt from the observation hole as an indication of proper welding.
5. Allow the assembly to cool, completing the electric fusion process.
