Pipe connection
★ For pipe socket connections, adhere strictly to these procedures to ensure secure and reliable fittings:
1. Clean the pipe and fitting sockets thoroughly before bonding to ensure a strong, seamless connection.
2. Accurately measure socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision during installation.
3. Apply adhesive methodically, starting with the socket followed by the pipe, for an even and appropriate coating.
4. Carefully align, insert into the marked part in one motion, and rotate a quarter turn for secure bonding.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring optimal connection strength.
★ Ensure safe adhesive use by following these vital guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Bonding points must remain free of open flames, with ample ventilation to ensure safety.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel should wear gloves for protection; in case of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length by measuring each layer in conjunction with the dimensions of connected fittings. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for smooth cuts. Ensure fracture surfaces are flat without deformations. For optimal bonding, file the socket part to a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file. The groove should not be less than 3mm, with thickness between 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Post-grooving, remove all debris.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, wipe off any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure in static conditions, adjusting curing time during winter for optimal bond strength.
