Pipe connection
★ Achieve perfect pipe connections by adhering to these essential socket connection procedures:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are meticulously cleaned before bonding.
2. Precisely measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port to guarantee accuracy.
3. Apply adhesive with care, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe, ensuring even and appropriate coverage.
4. Align accurately, insert into the marked section in one smooth motion, and complete with a 1/4 turn twist.
5. Thoroughly clean any adhesive excess from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded assembly to stand undisturbed until the interface has fully cured.
★ Ensure adhesive safety by following these crucial guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites, ensuring optimal ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and do not apply heat directly to adhesive points.
4. Personnel should wear gloves and, in case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the perfect pipe length by precise measurement, choosing fine tools like a fine tooth saw or a pipe cutting machine to ensure clean, deformation-free cuts. For optimal bonding, file the socket into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a minimum 3mm groove length with appropriate thickness. Clean thoroughly after filing.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse any extruded adhesive using cotton or a dry cloth lightly moistened with acetone or similar. Allow the curing process to complete uninterrupted, adapting to adhesive performance and climate conditions, with extended curing times for winter conditions.
