Pipe connection
★The primary connection methods for our pipelines include:
1. Opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections when dn≤63.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended for optimal results.
3. For metal pipes and pipeline accessories, flange or transition pipe connections are suitable.
★Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the insertion depth.
2. Proceed by scraping off the outer layer.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring they are straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Initiate the welding process, observing for a slight melt ejecting from the observation hole.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electrofusion process successfully.
