Pipe connection
★ Choose from these main pipeline connection methods:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are advisable;
3. Metal pipe and accessory connections can be made via flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe surface and marking the insertion depth for precision.
2. Carefully scrape the outer layer to prepare for secure joining.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion fittings on the pipe, ensuring straight, axial alignment.
4. During welding, observe the ejection of a slight melt for confirmation of a secure bond.
5. Allow to cool, completing the seamless electrofusion process.
