Pipe connection
★The main connection methods of the pipeline are:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, it's recommended to use hot melt butt or electrofusion connections;
3. For connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, either flange or transition pipe connections can be utilized.
★Electrofusion connection
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe's surface to be connected and accurately mark the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the outer layer off.
3. Place the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing the ejection of a small amount of melt from the observation hole.
5. Allow it to cool to complete the electrofusion process, ensuring a perfect, enduring bond.
