Pipe connection
★After piping, clearly mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precise installation.
★Ensure both the pipe and fitting connection surfaces are clean. Insert the pipe into the joint cover seamlessly.
★Employ a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings uniformly. Ensure heating parameters align with the hot melt machine's technical specifications.
★Once heated, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, then insert them straight without rotating, to the marked depth, forming a consistent flange at the joint.
★Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding for complete assembly.
★Achieve a flawless fit as pipes and fittings are entirely fused into a single, cohesive unit.
