Pipe connection
★ Ensure pipe socket connections are executed flawlessly by strictly adhering to the following procedures:
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning both the pipe socket and fitting socket prior to bonding for optimal adhesion.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe socket, ensuring an appropriate and even coating.
4. Align the direction carefully, insert into the marked region in one swift motion, followed by a 1/4 turn rotation for secure positioning.
5. Promptly wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface has completely cured, ensuring a strong bond.
★ Adhere to the following guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents only as required, and restrict access to non-operators.
2. Ensure no open flames near the bonding area and maintain good ventilation for safety.
3. Avoid constructing in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to heat the adhesive point.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves; if adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
The length of the saw pipe is carefully determined layer by layer based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connecting fitting. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for accurate cutting. Ensure the fracture is flat with no section deformation. The socket part for gluing can be filed into a perfect 15°-30° groove using a medium board file. The groove length should not be less than 3mm, with thickness between 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. After grooving, thoroughly remove debris for a clean finish.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, meticulously clean any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth slightly dampened with detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to remain static until fully cured according to adhesive performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time appropriately during winter construction to ensure a robust bond.
