Pipe Connection
★Main Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, employ either hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. To connect with metal pipes or accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipe ends and marking the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipe.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring both stay straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, ensuring a small amount of melt ejects from the observation hole.
5. Allow the assembly to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
