Pipe connection
★ Primary pipeline connection methods:
1. For dn≤63, use hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
3. Connections with metal pipes and pipeline accessories can use flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion connection process
1. Clean the dirt from the pipes to be connected and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the epidermis of the pipe.
3. Align and sleeve the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, keeping it straight and on the same axis.
4. Electrically weld the joints, ensuring a little melt is ejected to indicate a proper weld.
5. Allow the weld to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
