Pipe Connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precise alignment.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine being used.
★ Once the heating time is reached, swiftly remove and insert the pipe and fittings simultaneously without rotation to the marked depth, forming an even flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding for added security.
★ The pipes and fittings melt seamlessly into a single, unified structure, ensuring a perfect, reliable match.
