Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected, ensuring the parameters meet the technical specifications.
★ Once heated, promptly remove the pipe and fittings, and insert them to the marked depth without rotation, forming an even flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a flawless match: The pipes and fittings meld seamlessly into a single, cohesive unit.
