Pipe connection
★ Ensure a secure pipe socket connection by following these precise procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, first to the socket and then to the pipe, ensuring an even coating for a strong bond.
4. Align the direction perfectly, insert it into the marked part in one swift motion, and rotate 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a tidy connection.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured, ensuring lasting strength.
★ Adhere to these guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously and restrict usage to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain good ventilation at the bonding site and eliminate any open flames to enhance safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never heat adhesive points with fire.
4. Equip construction personnel with protective gloves. In case of adhesive contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length by assessing each layer's measurements and the dimensions of connected fittings. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure the fracture is flat without any deformation. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, ensuring the groove length is at least 3mm, and its thickness is 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clear away debris post-grooving for a clean finish.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth lightly moistened with a detergent like acetone. Let it remain static until the interface is cured as per adhesive performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction for optimal results.
